Other than a break during the Covid-19 lockdowns, the Irish Ball has been an annual charity event in Vienna and we are happy to be hosting the 22nd ball on the 5th of April, 2025. Known to be a fun-packed evening, this event raises funds each year for one Irish and one Austrian charity. Further details on our 2025 charities will be shared soon.
Tickets:
Although our hotel costs have increased this year, we are not increasing the cost of tickets. Secure your attendance for the best night of the year which includes a sekt reception with canapés, a three course seated-meal (with buffet dessert), live music and dj until 04:00, and one ticket for our luxury raffle.
- To book tickets for yourself or your group, please transfer €160 per ticket.
- Email tickets@irishballvienna.com with the name of each attendee, and any necessary dietary requirements. Tickets will be sent via email within a few weeks of receiving names and payment.
- If you would like to be seated with friends, please arrange this and specify in your email. Each table seats 10 guests.

Dress Code:
This is a formal event so please dress accordingly. For women – please wear full length gown/evening dress, nothing above ankle length. For men – black tie or formal uniform is preferred. If you would like to wear a dark suit, please pair it with a white shirt and a formal bowtie.
Luxury Raffle:
Our raffle is how we raise money on the night and everything from the raffle goes directly to our two charities. Each prize has a minimum value of €50 are tickets for the raffle cost €40 for one, €110 for three, and €350 for 10.
How to Help:
There are two mains ways for you to support – easy way is to buy tickets, either on the night or in advance. The other way to support is to help us secure prizes for the raffle. What can you donate? Vouchers – ask your favourite restaurant, hotel, bar, beautician, golf club, event space, winery, bakery etc. Items – home store, furniture store, electronics, plants etc. Have unused gifts from the holiday season? Donate unopened electronics, alcohol, gadgets, unused vouchers. Know any artists who would donate their work? Please contact us at info@irishballvienna.com.
